Men between the ages of 40 and 60 are at a higher risk of committing suicide than any other demographic in Canada, and motivational speaker and author Allan Kehler wants men to speak up about their mental health before it's too late. In the Alberta community of Medicine Hat, seven men have died by suicide since the end of May, and Kehler is hosting a free online event Sunday aiming to share stories of mental health, redefine what it means to be strong as a man, identify barriers that prevent men from seeking help, and more. The event is online, and organizers want anyone who might benefit to attend. Kehler joins Drew to tell us more about men and suicide, and Sunday's event.
