The Commission of Inquiry into State Capture has issued new dates for former president Jacob Zuma, to appear. Zuma was due to testify this week - but his lawyers told the Commission that he is unable to appear as he is preparing for his court trial in December. Deputy Chief Justice, Raymond Zondo, says the 9th October 2020 has been set for a decision on a subpoena. Zondo says he has also set the 16th to the 20th of November as the new dates for Zuma's appearance before the commission.
