By Newsbreak Producer Tashlan Naidoo - The Afro Middle East Centre have commented on the United Arab Emirates (UAE's) launch of its first mission to Mars this weekend - calling it a way for the country to "mask" its destabilisation of some parts of the middle east. The "Hope Probe" as it is known, blasted off from Japan's Tanegashima Space Center and cost a total of $200-million. The probe will be on a seven-month journey to the red planet, where it will orbit and send back data about the atmosphere.
