He was reacting to Health Minister, Dr Zweli Mkhize, acknowledging that the ministerial advisory committee agreed to re-open the schools despite the World Health Organisation saying the best time to re-open is during low community transmission. South Africa is entering the peak of infections and schools were already allowed to re-open - in a phased in approach.
