Dischem response to concerns over delays in covid-19 test results

Afropolitans have reached out to the #KayaDrive team on our social media platforms with complaints regarding delays in receiving their covid-19 results following tests done through Dischem’s drive-through testing initiative. Sizwe Dhlomo spoke to Dischem’s National Clinic Manager, Lizeth Kruger about what is causing the locklog and what processes patients may follow in order to get refunds.
