World Environmental Day - Commonwealth

Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland has called for raised ambitions and intensified climate action as countries mark World Environmental day today. The day is the most renowned day for environmental action and Since 1974, it has been celebrated every year on June 5, engaging over 190 governments and citizens to focus their efforts on pressing environmental issues.
