The province has released guidelines for Phase 3 reopening on June 8 and gyms are included in that phase. Shaina Lynden, Co-owner of Ryde YXE, a cycling studio in Saskatoon says due to the restrictions of 10 people per class, they will not be able to open because it will not be feasible for them. Their operational costs with sufficient cleaning requirements in place now would not equate to running a business at just over 25% capacity. Shaina says had it been 16 people per class they would be able to open. She joins Gormley to talk about not opening in Phase 3 and what their plans are going forward.
