It has been a stressful and worrying time for many of us since the COVID-19 Outbreak and national lockdown. Escapism has been a way of coping for many and with President Cyril Ramaphosa having announced that most of South Africa will move to level 3 lockdown restrictions by the end of May, it hasn’t eased the stress and anxiety that comes with constantly protecting and safeguarding your self. How can one cope with anxiety during the covid-19 pandemic?
