Advice on healthy eating habits and exercise during lockdown

Many people across the world have reacted in different ways when it comes to dealing with the lockdown imposed by the governments, with some resorting to unhealthy eating. Some have used food as a coping mechanisim. Meanwhile, the World Health organizations says proper nutrition and hydration are vital. People who eat a well-balanced diet tend to have a stronger immune systems and a lower risk of chronic illnesses and infectious diseases.
