There's been mixed reactions to the amendments of the 21-day lockdown regulations. On Thursday, Co-operative Governance & Traditional Affairs minister, Dr Nkosazana Dlamini -Zuma announced that the National Command Council had resolved to ease the rules relating to funerals, by allowing travel between provinces and metros, to attend burials. This followed what many considered flip-flopping by Transport minister Fikile Mbalule a day earlier when he announced that taxis can carry 70 per cent of their passenger capacity from the 50 per cent at the beginning of the lockdown.
