As the blockades across Canada continue to hamstring industries, Premier Scott Moe is leading the calls for action from the Trudeau government in Ottawa. On Wednesday Moe, who chairs the Council of the Federation, held a conference call with Canada's premiers to discuss the rail blockades. Moe spoke with Trudeau after the call, and says the premiers want to meet with the PM quickly to discuss a peaceful resolution to the protests against the Coastal GasLink pipeline in B.C. Moe says there's been a lack of federal leadership on the issue, and after two weeks of blockades the Prime Minister has "offered no course of action to protect the economic interests of our nation." Moe joins Gormley now to discuss the blockades, and the action he and his fellow premiers would like to see from Ottawa.
