Outrage over drowning of three children in separate incidents

The public continues to express outrage over the drowning of two children, one during an orientation camp organized by Parktown Boys’ High and another at a swimming pool at Laerskool Bekker last week as well as a third one while fetching water from the river in the Free State. One of them Enoch Mpianzi’s body was found dead in a river kilometres away from the camp site. He did not have a life jacket and was allegedly allowed to go into the river anyway.
