Environment Minister Barbara Creecy says South Africa has difficult choices to make when it comes to energy - with many people still reliant on jobs in the coal sector - but at the same time acknowledging the pressing need for cleaner energy. African countries are lobbying for greater assistance from rich countries to cope with climate change.
