It’s the best day of the week! Well, it’s Friday and that means that Heather is back and bringing you the latest entertainment, food and events news of the week and what’s happening next week too, plus there are two exclusive interviews this week, the first with Cito, who is playing the role of Stacee Jaxx in Rock of Ages opening tonight at Montecasino, and also with Nikki Wilsworth, curator of the incredible Design Assemblage in Illovo.
Good food and wine come standard of course and Cause | Effect Cocktail Kitchen & Cape Brandy Bar in Cape Town gets a look in, as does the latest Jozi restaurant, Aurum (gold in Latin), which will be opening in Sandton soon and has everyone talking.
Next weekend is a busy weekend as The Stellenbosch Wine Festival brings the best of the Stellenbosch wine route to The Wanderers Cricket Club and Prime Fest are back as well, with an epic line up of local acts and more at Casalinga.
A good wine event never goes unmentioned and Heather shares more about one of her annual favourites The Sommeliers Selection which is coming to Cape Town, Joburg and Durban this October, as well as sharing more on AFI Fashion week, and RetroFest #6 at Nirox Park as well.
