Every year on this day, 04th February the world commemorates this day as World Cancer Day, empowers all people across the world to show support, raise the collective voice, take personal action and press our governments to do more.
Celebrations behind World Cancer Day is mainly to create as much awareness as possible amongst people about the silent and mostly underrated killer disease that cancer is, educate people about types of cancer, identifying the signs/symptoms of possibilities of cancer and how to reduce the possibilities of cancer through healthy eating orders and physical exercises as well.
Cancer is a disease caused by an uncontrolled division of abnormal cells in a part of the body. There are quite a few types of cancer. The commonly known include Breast cancer, Prostate cancer, Lung cancer, Leukemia, Colon cancer, Basal cell cancer and skin cancer amongst many others.
