Blitz Boks hoping that home advantage makes a difference at Cape Town Sevens.

The Cape Town Sevens gets underway at the Cape Town Stadium tomorrow, and the Blitzboks have named an unchanged squad for the tournament. There had been concern about the fitness of Justin Geduld, but he made it through training this week to be included in Neil Powell’s team. Rosko Speckman says that all the Boks are looking forward to this tournament, and being their home leg of the World Rugby Sevens Series, it is one of their favourite tournaments to play inAfter finishing a disappointing sixth at the Dubai Sevens last week, a tournament they had won in 2016 and 2017, Speckman says there is not the same pressure going into this leg. The Blitzboks will be in action against Samoa, Zimbabwe and New Zealand on Saturday, with the game against New Zealand being the final match played on the first day of the competition.
