Urbanization associated with lower rates of child stunting in Africa

A new report by the International Food Policy Research Institute, shows that urbanization is associated with lower rates of child stunting but higher rates of obesity among women in Africa. The study shows that over the last two decades, African countries have experienced their highest-ever rate of urban growth, on the back of growing economies.
