Winning Currie Cup will help grow and strengthen us, says Schreuder as he hopes history repeats itself against WP

Sharks captain Louis Schreuder believes they have reached their goal of playing in the Currie Cup final and winning the competition will help grow and strengthen the group of players that they have. The Sharks will be featuring in their second consecutive Currie Cup final against Western Province tomorrow at Newlands after losing to the Cape Town based side in last year’s final in Durban. Schreuder, who played for Western Province and lost in the 2013 Currie Cup final against the Sharks in Cape Town, hopes that history repeats itself and that the Sharks are able to upset an unbeaten Western Province side in their own backyard.
