With HIV still a global burden that has so far claimed 35 millions of live since it began in the 1980's, scientists are still battling to develop an effective HIV vaccine. Gathering in Madrid, Spain health experts and delegates around the world are deliberating on the advances around vaccine development and the challenges that remain.
