I have grown physically and mentally overseas and happy to be back at the Boks, says Vincent Koch

Springbok and Saracens tighthead prop Vincent Koch believes he has matured tremendously both physically and mentally since moving abroad three years ago. Koch who has excelled at the English club says the biggest lesson learnt has been to work hard. Koch believes that the presence of many world class tighthead props within the Springbok set-up is a good problem for coach Erasmus to have and that competition will certainly bring out the best in the players. Koch will have to fight for a place in the squad against the likes of Frans Malherbe, Wilco Louw, Trevor Nyakane, Thomas du Toit and Coenie Oosthuizen.
