SA proposes women development investment at BRICS summit

South Africa's minister of women in the presidency Bathabile Dlamini says the commitment to development and investment by BRICS leaders should be commended.

Dlamini says commitment to investment that will change the quality of life of the people, particularly women should be a priority. She was speaking exclusively to Channel Africa at the 10th BRICS summit underway in Sandton, North of Johannesburg in South Africa.
