Justice Minister Michael Masutha says he expects the reviewing of a law regarding the time limit of reporting sexual offences, to be completed in less than the 24-months recommended by the Constitutional Court. Yesterday (Thursday), the court upheld a High Court ruling that the act is inconsistent with the constitution.
