Regulator is scouting new ways to stimulate competition in the mobile market

Kenya's telecommunications regulator is scouting new ways to stimulate competition in the mobile market - dominated by Vodacom's associate company Safaricom. Matano Ndaro Director of Competition and Market Analysis, at the Kenya Communications Authority spoke to Business Day TV to shed some light on some of the options they now have at hand.

And 2017 was viewed a recovery year on most fronts and many expect this cyclical recovery to persist and gain momentum over 2018 across the continent. Amidst it all, Head of Pan African Equities at ABSA Godfrey Mwanza views Nigeria as possibly the best cyclical story with questionable long term sustainability
