Mozambique urged to set inquiry following garbage disaster

Mozambican authorities are urged to set up a commission of inquiry in to the garbage disaster on the outskirts of Maputo which killed 17 people and left many injured.

Residents surrounding the Hulene dump are still trying to pick up the pieces after the 15 metre high pile of waste collapsed on their houses due to heavy rains on Monday.
