It is officially December holidays. In South Africa that means, sun, sea, pool, cocktails and braai's (barbeques) but Heather also thinks that it is the time of year to make sure that you look after your health too, and she chats to Master NLP Practitioner, Razia Mohamed about how you can use this time to create a routine for resting, that you can carry in to the New Year too, you only get one body and one mind!!
