The Third UN Environment Assembly in Nairobi gets underway

Over 4,000 delegates who include heads of state, ministers, business leaders, UN officials and civil society representatives are meeting in Nairobi at the third UN Environment Assembly in Nairobi to discuss ways of curbing pollution. The assembly will finalise a declaration committing to end global pollution, which accounts for loss of human life, economic and ecosystems decline. This is the third environment assembly.
