A City Bowl ward councillor says some Woodstockresidents have raised concern over the municipality's plans to develop low-cost housing in the area.A flyer has been doing the rounds on social media, calling on residents to "make their voices" regarding the City of Cape Town's plan to develop social housing units on the old Woodstock hospital grounds and a park in Golders Green road.The city is planning to develop affordable housing units on 11 sites in Salt River, Woodstock and the CBD, which will accommodate about four thousand lower-income households
