There are 6 key relationships we have throughout our lifetime: self, partner, family, friends, peers and spiritual. How we show up in our relationships and what we bring into our relationship space will determine the health and quality of our relationships. This week I share tips and insights on each of these areas as to how we can empower ourselves and improve these relationships to ultimately live happier and healthier lives.
