Two Constitutional Court Justices want their colleagues to intervene in their battle over the procedure used to handle a complaint against Western Cape Judge President John Hlophe. Justices Bess Nkabinde and Chris Jafta are key witnesses in the complaint lodged by the collective justices of the Constitutional court in May 2008. Now they want a Constitutional Court appeal on the procedure followed in respect of their complaint. This after they lost a bid in the Supreme Court of Appeal on the procedural point.
