22 Jan Women against Big Coal

A dialogue for women impacted by the extraction of coal in South Africa and other African countries hosted by WoMin Southern Africa, enters its fourth day Johannesburg, South Africa. With a theme “Women Stand their Ground against Big Coal” the exchange brings together participants from Zambia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa. The exchange sees to create awareness and educate women about the struggles and challenges they face in the extraction and combustion of coal.
