Voordat Alisha by Solidariteit Helpende Hand aangesluit het, het sy vir 10 jaar by Absa gewerk en 5 jaar by die NG gemeente Moreleta Park in Pretoria. Sy het Menslike Hulpbronne aan Unisa studeer. Haar passies is om te netwerk, enigiets te organiseer en vir mense iets te leer. Haar lewensdoel is om mense en plekke beter agter te laat as wat sy hulle aangetref het.
