Can improving your gut health make you lose weight?
For our gut health series on PHLY 3 to 5 we had Chantal du Chenne who is a B.Sc.Hons Allied Health, with an international diploma in Personal and Sports Nutrition. Chantal is a passionate Gut Health advocate & Lifestyle Coach, facilitating the improvement of health conditions associated with leaky gut and dysbiosis of the gut microbiota through diet and lifestyle change. In studio we were joined by Hlangiwe Makathini who is one of Chantel’s patients, who shared her story how she lost 10 kg by improving her gut. Chantel also spoke about 5 hormone balancing/anti-oxidant foods.
