GORMLEY - TIM DENTON - MAY 10

Bill C-10, which outlines changes to Canada's Broadcasting Act, has come under significant criticism recently because of the powers it would give government to regulate and police online content. Denton calls C-10 "a panicked reaction of elites to the power of the Internet," and "clearly intended to allow speech control at the government’s discretion," and he joins Gormley to tell us more.
