03.05.2021 -This week we will be talking to Nicolete van de Walt from the Afrikaanse Christelike Vroue Vereeniging a non-profit organisation. It is one of the oldest ones in the social services field and has branches in four different provinces. Their services span across a wide variety of areas including child protection, early childhood development, older persons and special needs and leadership and training. They are also running a campaign, Bottles for Ubuntu as a direct reaction to the devastation that occurred in 2020 after the Covid 19 pandemic and lockdowns devasted the country and th world at large.
