GORMLEY - ERIN O'TOOLE - APRIL 16

Conservative Leader Erin O'Toole raised the ire of many right-leaning Canadians Thursday when he introduced his party's climate change plan. The Conservative plan still puts a price on carbon emissions, but rather than a tax and rebates as proposed by the Liberals, the CPC plan would see consumers fuel payments stored in a personal savings account that can later be used for green purchases such as home upgrades or electric vehicles.
