GORMLEY - EMILY CAVE - APRIL 7
On Saturday a celebration of life will be held at Rogers Place for late Edmonton Oilers forward Colby Cave, who died suddenly last April of a brain bleed at 25 years old. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a proper ceremony for Colby was delayed a year. The virtual ceremony will be hosted by Emily Cave, the Cave family, the Gill family and the Edmonton Oilers organization. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Colby Cave Memorial Fund. His widow Emily Cave joins Gormley to talk about the upcoming celebration of life.
