I am so excited about this interview with a living legend!

For those of you who don't know Jason, he is a Canadian nephrologist (kidney specialist) and the world thought leader on the topic of fasting.

He founded The Fasting Method ( to provide evidence-based advice for weight loss and managing blood sugars, focusing on low carbohydrate diets and intermittent fasting.

He has since authored The Obesity Code, The Complete Guide to Fasting
and The Diabetes Code and his latest book is call The Cancer Code.

He also served as past scientific editor of the Journal of Insulin Resistance and the managing director of the non-profit organization Public Health Collaboration (Canada), an international group dedicated to promoting sound nutritional information.
