The Weekend Flavor is a light hearted, fun filled, musically driven weekend breakfast show with elements of lifestyle information like Health on Saturdays and Spirituality on Sundays. The Weekend Flavor also aims to entertain and most importantly to educate.

Veteran radio and club DJ Irma G has been a household name in Cape Town radio for 24 years. She has presented and produced for KFM and Good Hope FM, and host and co-producer on Heart 104.9FM, having hosted weekdays 9 to 12 for the last two years. Her persona expanded nationally when she judged Office Idols in 2005. Irma has MC’d a wide variety of Events, Functions and Parties. Her first MC job was the Michael Jackson HIStory tour. In 2004 she presented the first of the MTV AIDS awareness concerts held at Green Point Stadium, the “MTV Staying Alive Concert”, with such international headlining acts as Usher, Alecia Keys and P Diddy.

Over 300 Worshippers were tested for the Corona Virus, and Apostle Mohau was one of the people tested positive. He tells us more.

Our Shero - Stacey Lee May

We sat down with Car Drifter, (Queen of Smoke) Stacey Lee May. She started drifting cars at the age of 16 after she got bullied in High School.

Stacey has made some big moves. From winning contests to being featured in TV ads and International Documentaries. Stacey won the Women of Honor award. She also drives a pink "Gusheshe" in support of Breast Cancer. Her Grandmother passed on from Breast Cancer.

Research indicates that women are the one's that have a higher HIV/AIDS rate.
