Topic: Today we look at the importance of how we look and feel about ourselves - Self-esteem

How people see themselves can be distorted and broken down over time because of the experiences they have been through - what they have been told growing up, the relationships they have been in, not being recognized for what they contribute in the workplace or it their self-esteem may have been shattered because they’re struggling to identify they’re purpose or what they’re good at and they look at everybody else in envy therefore reducing themselves as they cannot recognize greatness in themselves.

A Low self-esteem can lead to a dissatisfied life because you look down on yourself and don’t believe in your capabilities.
