The Public Service Broadcaster (SABC) has announced that it is taking disability to the next level with a project termed SABC Disability 360 Campaign. The Campaign aims to empower People with Disabilities by providing on-going disability related content on-air, online and on the ground (events) through SABC various platforms which will be providing the sector with information about job opportunities, training opportunities and pertinent disability content, in all 11 official languages.

We talked about a bicycle that pushes a wheelchair to allow two people to be at the same place same time. The bicycle is attached to the wheelchair, so a person who is not disabled cycles the bicycle, at the same time the bicycle pushes the wheelchair.

We were talking about a machine that assist people with mobility disability, especially those using wheelchairs, the machine assists them to stand upright and walk with the aid of this machine, they can walk around the house or in the yard for a limited time. The machine is called ReWalk.
