Arc Skills

In this week’s edition of Africa of the Future, we talk to the divisional manager of Arc Skills which has just trained thirteen you unemployed youth to build low cost houses in South Africa. The learning programme known as TVET On Wheels is a unique programme to rapidly skill up unemployed youth in a practical working environment. We also showcase two of the thirteen who benefitted from the programme and proceeded to not only found a company but also won a contract to build low cost houses. Also in the programme Bheki Kunene, now a celebrated entrepreneur talks to us about his company MindTrix Media which is thriving despite very many difficulties at the beginning.
