Sexual abuse in schools

There’s been widespread condemnation from all quarters of the country to an incident that happened at a school in Reiger Park, east of Johannesburg where a principal allegedly caught on camera having sex with learners in his office. This is not the first time an incident of this nature happened at a school. The shocking thing this time around is that it involved a principal. Is this a reflection of the moral decay in society? How should we interpret it? Can we allude this to the influence of social media? Are these children exposed to too much sex in the media? Where can we point the finger this time around? What role can the church play in uplifting morality in our schools or is it just too late? Guest: Rev Mpho George Molebatsi – Director Convener of the All Nations Evangelical Missions of Southern Africa
