Discussing the outcome of the Budget speech

--:--
The Editing Allowed team, lead by Peter Bruce take a detailed look at the 2018 budget announcement. For the first time in the ANC rule, the country had a remarkable budget in 2018. Pravin Gordhan joins Peter Bruce on the line to discuss the outcome of the Budget speech and what some of the factors were that affected the shift in VAT. The announcement of free education, the performance of SARS and the economy and the necessity to keep debt under control made the choices quite difficult to recoup that kind of money.
