Lessons from the Bell Pottinger scandal

--:--
Now a name that has gotten South Africans hot under the collar this week is Bell Pottinger, the disgraced UK public relations firm who ran the Guptas PR campaign. As has been revealed recently, Bell Pottinger has been driving the narrative about “white monopoly capital” on social media, doing more than just ordinary spin doctoring. On Thursday last week the public relations firm, put out a statement apologising for some of the actions done by its employees in South Africa.

Is this enough? And what are the lessons for PR agencies from this entire?

Joining us now is Chris Vick, a former journalist but now a well known crisis manager and reputation consultant.
