Happy Valentine's Day! Heather has loads of yummy places to eat and things to do, if you are feeling a bit stuck on ideas to spoil your loved one - as well as great giveaways!
Heather loved attending the #TsogoChefChallenge last week, and spending the afternoon with Chef Kenny Ngubane from Aarya restaurant at Montecasino, as he served an amazing meal out in the garden of the hotel. The butter chicken curry at Aarya is to die for - date night suggestion #justsaying

Not only do you get to choose from a delicious range of drinks and yummy desserts, but you can also "build your own" moment - Heather enjoyed waffles with caramel sauce, and her two fave ice cream flavours - salted caramel and cookie dough chip. You can add on fruit and sprinkles, sauces - whatever floats your boat, and create a magic moment with the ones you love!
@ArbourCafe offer an awesome three-course meal in their beautiful courtyard if you are looking for somewhere to go that is super romantic.
A huge congrats to local chef @JanHendrikvdwes for retaining his Michelin Star rating for his restaurant JAN, situated in Nice in France - not bad for a local boy! If you are in France - make sure to pay him a visit, he is introducing the French to our awesome cuisine.
The Green Craft Beer Festival is heading your way on 4th March and sounds like a load of fun! Live music, yummy nibbles and of course beer. There is also a 6000 cup beer pong challenge planned - Heather is going to find out more about this. The festival forms part of a campaign called #MoreNorthInTheEast and plans to showcase the awesome venues in the East of Johannesburg.
