He shares his testimony and insights on fasting including the benefits and how to do it. Many churches across the world declare a period of fasting at the beginning of the year. While we believe Fasting is good and very beneficial (Since Jesus and other great people in the bible did it), Some time these fasts are legalistic and religious rituals. Are these annual corporate fasts biblical? Or should this be an individual thing.Do most people understand fasting or they are just doing it because they have been told to do so
