The Sudan has been under the rule of one government since 1989 after the military came into power. During this time the country has implemented exclusionary policies, which have enriched the followers of the regime, isolating the masses from opportunities. Amira Osman is the Associate Professor at University of Johannesburg and also a member of the Independent Non Partisan Group.
