Gaza two years on through a photographers eyes
--:--
In july we will mark two years since the war in Gaza Strip, in which more than 2,100 Palestinians were killed. Two years after the Israeli assault that lasted 7 weeks, Gaza no longer makes the news. Its people die slowly, its children are malnourished, its water contaminated, and it remains under Israeli blockade. Now Australian photojournalist Darrian Traynor travelled to Gaza recently and met with some of the families caught in the middle of the fighting. He says he was simply on a mission to see things for himself
