Part of the Middle East and North Africa may become uninhabitable due to climate

New research from the Max Planck Institute for Chemistry in Germany and the Cyprus Institute in Nicosia shows that vast swaths of the Middle East and North Africa will become uninhabitable by 2050. The region is home to about 500-million people. Average daily temperatures regularly exceed 40°C. This is hotter than it was half a century ago.
